Leaking pipe - help!

Hi hope this doesn't sound too stupid ....

Am recently single so trying to get everything sorted myself ... And working ... And DD.

A pipe is leaking. It's outside and leaks when shower / bath being used, tumble dryer etc. Do I just find a plumber? How much should I expect to pay for it to be fixed? It's a strong drip rather than a torrent but getting worse. The ground around it is getting green. I do have a home cover package that covers boilers and pipes but don't know if they'd cover it. Bought the house in August and I don't know tbh if it has been going on since / before then ie potentially before cover started.

Any tips v welcome. Am a bit alone and useless at present, my dad is good at this type of stuff but other end of country.

does this pipe come out through the wall behind the boiler? Or out just under the roof? What colour, size and shape is it?
