buildings to be inspected at least once every 7 days!

Just going through my landlord insurance and came upon the above clause - buildings to be inspected at least once every 7 days by a responsible adult!! Is this normal? Does looking at your house everyday when you drive out count? How can anyone possibly sign up to this?

I sincerely hope you'll find that this only applies when the place is unoccupied for more than 30 days or so!

Mine says this but like specialsubject says it only applies when property is empty for more than 30 days.
