Talk to me about nice front doors.

This is getting silly now, as I seem to be on the constant lookout for the perfect front door, and may well crash my car if I don't start paying attention to the road.

I live in a traditional 1950's semi. Before we moved in the original front door was replaced by a UPVC front door which I think is hideous I am not at all fond of.

I would like to find something as near to the original 50's style as possible. I would like it to be draft proof though, which I'm presuming the original wasn't (otherwise I would grab one which was being ripped out of a house).

I became obsessed with front doors when I was looking to replace ours. I don't live in the UK but I remember coming across a site that made reproductions/refurbished period doors. Am going to have a Google now to see if I can find it.

I think this might have been it. Looks like mostly Edwardian/Victorian but I think they do bespoke designs too.
