I've just broken a window. Well, the top part of the wooden frame. The window always sticks, and it doesn't have thumb latches to help it open. DH always says don't open it like that -- lift it from the bottom, or the frame might crack.
The frame cracked. DH will be mightily annoyed. If this sort of thing is fixable (rather than requiring replacement), what sort of repairperson do I call?
