What questions to ask at a fiirst house viewing? Thanks

What are energy bills like? Neighbours? Why are you selling? Local schools/amenities? Council tax costs?

If they've done any work, are warranties/guarantees available. Don't think neighbours question too important, they could move on at anytime so you could end up with anyone next door. Check local police for any issues known to them (vandalism, break ins, etc)...
