New electric oven with no cable....

Hi, my new electric oven arrived today with no cable, which has left us in a dilemma as the old one did. Is this a way of ensuring people get a qualified electrician or?

Guidance would be fab

Lots don't come with a cable but they usually tell you when ordering.

It doesn't bother us as we've got an electrician anyway as we'll having the whole kitchen replaced.

It's supplied like that to ensure you get the correct size cable fitted to it and get it installed by an electrician
