Sometimes I wonder what the reaction of the estate agent is when confronted with taking pics. Hard to keep a straight face sometimes...

I think the dining room/bedroom combo is the ground floor "annexe-y" bit. Not needed as an annexe so pop a dining table in there.

Getting to the garden picture was a disappointment!
I was expecting a chocolate river and Oompa Loompas!

And carpet in the kitchen too!

Missed the carpet in the kitchen.

It just looks so ordinary from outside.

I think it is a photographic effect. The shades of purple look flat - look at the supporting legs of the coffee/tv table, they are clearly supposed to be clear glass. What I'm saying is I don't think it is really purple at all.

Have seen a similar table in life, and the legs are metal not glass.
If it's an effect, then someone clearly has far too much time on their hands to add the purple reflection on the mirror, the table, kitchen worktops etc..

Maybe the purple paint was on offer!
