I'll be putting my flat on the market soon.
I'm used to living like this (in a sea of happyland) so would appreciate advice on what's appropriate while selling.
for example- hide the pushchair in my car boot ?
Hide all toys for photos and most toys for viewings? (we have expect type shelving for toys so even when tidy, they're on show )
Move the eva foam play mats for photos but leave out for viewings? (hard floors)
Anything else?

Selling , not seeking
Expedit shelving, not expect

Boxes for the toys if you're bothered by them.

Tbh it wouldn't bother me unless it made the place look smaller or as if there wasn't suitable storage.

Move as much as you can for photos but carry on as normal for viewings.
Xx
