Boiler 'At Risk'

I had my boiler serviced today and it is now 'At Risk' due to some bars missing from the flue on the outside. (Birds might nest in it).

Birds nest in the spring don't they? Can mice jump eight feet? .........And it's the type of boiler that will cut off if blocked.

We had that last year and had to have a cage fitted. Regulations seem to change all the time.

We had the same a few years ago. Fixing a cage over the outlet is a minor job.

Don't ignore an At Risk warnng label - get it done ASAP.
I can post a link to a young woman who dies of CO poisoning because she carried on using the boiler after an AT Risk warning was issued.

Don't worry, I am taking it seriously.

Only venting............

I'll get my coat.
