This is the second time the fucking fucking door has broken (I am even more cross because it's because I didn't realise the cycle had only just stopped, and I tried to open it when the door was locked, which broke it).
The last time the engineer came and cut off the door handle with some kind of wrench. He then refitted a new one. There are many videos showing how to fit a handle once you've been able to get the door off, but very few with practical advice about how to get the damn thing open. Except one about using wire to pull back the lever - this didn't work.
Does anyone know what tool I would use? The gap is small, although I suppose I could try and wrench it open. And whether there's a particular bit of the door I should cut through.
