Hi everyone,
I am new to Halstead, I have a daughter who is nearly 4 & a son who is 1. I have got to start applying to schools in the next few weeks & I have no idea what schools are best - everyone I've asked in the area all have different ideas.
For anyone who knows the area, I live in Windmill Road (owned, not council!) so we are closer to Holy Trinity primary school, but I've heard that this school is full of council children (I do not have a problem with council house people, but I do not want my children to mix with the typical council people you come across, our neighbors have totally put us off!)
I have heard that Richard De Clare is a much better school, but I keep hearing lots of different opinions.
I would really like some help/advice from someone who knows the area & isn't biased etc.
