Our old neighbours house has been bought by a developer and he has planning permission to demolish it and build a new house. I would assume the party wall act would apply but does we need to get surveyors round before he starts demolishing the old property? It is quite near to our border and I'm worried that they could do damage to our property pulling their building down.
Any advice would be appreciated.
