Can you recommend a solicitor in south east London? (Shared equity)

We're selling our flat, have signed up with an estate agent & having the photos taken on Friday (eek!!)

We bought the flat with the key workers scheme - shared equity - so we need a solicitor who knows how to sort all that out... ( actually I'm sure it's quite straightforward so shouldn't be a problem....)

I've tried to 'sign up' (?!?) with a solicitor but he hasn't replied to my emails or phone calls & I'm sure he's busy but if he's going to ignore me now when I'm trying to pay him hundreds of pounds it doesn't look good :)

Can anyone recommend a good solicitor in SE London?

I've used these people before and they were great. Very responsive and efficient

Meaby and Co in Camberwell are excellent.
