Just that really. There's what could be a naice place on the outskirts of the village, but we don't know what it's like to live there. I know there's a local history group and a (gulp!) pheasant/grouse shooting assoc, and the nearest town for shopping is Welwyn Garden City, but that's it. Talk to me about what you know...friendly? Interesting? Pleasant?

Anybody??? Someone put there must know what it's like, I mean, it's not that far from civilisation! And Brocket Hall is just down the lane...

Don't know what it's like to live there but it's very pretty - we live fairly near and always think when we drive past how nice it seems. Not very helpful sorry but bumping for you!

Nice but very small. Two decent pubs (very 'local') and good village school I think. Brocket Hall estate is lovely.Have you found a house there? I can Iaimagine houses don't come up very often as it's so small.

A school friend of mine used to live there. They were a very horsey family, had quite a few ponies. It's quite rural. I think it's squashed between main roads nowadays. You've got the dry ski slope nearby if you're into that sort of thing!
