We've had some mad as a box of frogs prices so far - 30-50k Hmm

It's going to be 18 feet by 12 feet - no fancy features but a brick wall either end and a 90mm dwarf wall on the other walls, cheap upvc in white (wanted grey but there's no such thing as grey upvc, it's just white and then sprayed grey which I didn't know).

Lean to style, glass roof (pilkington one with uv)

Last time I had a conservatory done it was 9k for roughly the same cheap spec (bit smaller ) about 10 years ago.

We paid 13k for ours, 4m by 3m (12 x 9 feet ish) one high wall, 2 dwarf walls, self cleaning glass roof, underfloor heating. Quotes were 12-20k, so we went with a lower end quote, from a small local firm who did a good job.

6k in 2008. Only 9x9 though. Edwardian, has a dwarf wall and mirrored glass on one side.

We are having one built. No brick, just pvc panels/ windows; lean to style; 10ft x 7ft with french doors (incl knocking out windows and a small wall; plastering; electrics and 2 light fitting & rebuilding steps to garden) and it's £14k.

2009 P shaped 4.5m x 9m.. Electric roof. Cost £5800 for the pvc and £800 for brickwork. Did the electrics, plastering and heating ourselves.
