Our forth offer has been rejected again

Found the house that we like, asking price £479,995. Rejected all four offers, highest being £470,000. So gutted! Since this is an end of terraced house, don't think it's worth more.

Nice, lucky you.. the most annoying those selling agents never give sellers contact details. I know it sometimes against their rules but I would maybe offer more for that property but I said I need to talk with vendor directly. To know more details. But they just scare. Never share any information

A house near me recently had a sale fall through due to a serious mortgageability issue regarding the access land being unregistered to the property.... the vendors re-marketed it at a HIGHER asking price despite this issue being uncovered!
