It's always leaked on and off, it's just seeping through the kitchen ceiling, re-grouted and sealed and it's still coming through.
Problem is don't want to have to take up the floor to check out the waste pipe though I suspect it may be this, the front comes off but can't see where it's leaking from, nightmare!
Anyone else have shower tray issues?
