RAL 7016 Windows (Grey Windows)

Hello,

I'm looking to replace UPVC double glazed windows for a 1930's detached house but instead of the standard white that is commonly used, I am thinking of using RAL 7016, which is anthracite grey.

Has anybody else seen any 1930's houses with grey UPVC and if so any thoughts or pictures as I can't find any on google images!

Any thoughts positive or negative are appreciated!

In know they are not particularly British 1930's style - but they do give you a clue of how lovely the grey and dark grey can look ! :-)

My Mum has just done this on her late Edwardian home on the Wirral. It looks amazing! People slow down on the road to admire them and a few people have knocked at the door to get full details of where she got them etc.
