Internal window ledges / sills

I have a tiled kitchen window ledge which is being replaced with traditional pine window ledge, which will be painted white.

What's fashionable at the momemnt - bullnose or square sided window ledges?

I wouldn't go for fashionable I would go for something that either goes with the style of the kitchen or is consistent the other sills in the house.

So it's bullnose then, as the rest of the house is.
