Ugly 80's plywood doors - what to do?

There are loads of them in my new house.

They're hollow and a really bright dark brown plywood.

I don't want to go cheap panelled solid pine at 50 quid a time as they're the wrong era (fake victorian looking)

My interior 'design' is painted cheap furniture (cheapy antiques painted in Annie Sloan) plus Ikea storagey stuff.

What could I do with them?

you could paint them, hang a mirror on some or buy those rectangle beading to make them look like regency doors, or use decoupage, or fix material over them with wadding and studs. if you are artistic, paint them with shading to make them look panelled. if you want something really wacky, get posters made in the door size for the person whos room it is !
...all this is assuming you own the property !
