Brown asbestos found in survey

Buying a house and the survey advised an asbestos survey. This has now come back showing brown asbestos in the boarding of he loft. They have quoted £4,600 for complete removal of boards, insulation and cleaning the loft space. Does this seem a fair price and does anyone have any advice please?

Thanks mummaemma. We have already had to accept a considerable amount of work on the house, as we were the successful bidders on 'best and final bids'. The vendor wouldn't reduced the price for the other work without putting the house back to the under bidders.

I guess it depends how big the loft is. I don't know very much about asbestos but isn't it ok if left undisturbed so why not ignore it? If you're planning to convert yhe loft, have removal included in the cost which will probably make it cheaper.
