So after reading reviews on trust pilot and finding what I liked on Victoria Plumb, I have just placed an order for over £1.5k - main bathroom and ensuite. No sooner had I placed the order I saw a thread on here that made me look at other reviews.... not good by a lot of people. Please can anyone who has a good review of VP tell me their positive tales! Nearing the end of a huge full house renovation and this is really not what I need right now can not live with mother in law any longer

I must admit that my experience with them was pretty lousy but it was the customer service that was rubbish, the products were fine. I'm sure they can't muck every single buyer around so you've got every chance of it going smoothly .

I have thought about ordering from them - but I'm a bit concerned... I hope yours goes OK!

Ok so I just have to hope they get here on time and are all ok so I dont have to dela with customer services?!?! I need !

Quick update! Delivery arrived this afternoon,not gone through it all just yet but seems to all be intact. So far so good! Phew
