Ordered Sienna vanity & toilet unit + accessories, over £600 worth, units arrived 2 different colours, adv. by cust service initially this is a "known problem", however, they have made another 3 attempts at rectifying and still cant get it right, don't respond to calls or emails, I have cancer and this new bathroom was supposed to make life a little easier for me, we have had no sink for 5 weeks now, cistern faulty and cannot fix toilet pan until sink unit sorted. Had 3 x 5ft boxes in hall & spare room s they couldn't even get an order for collection sorted. Also be aware that exactly same units are available for less from Bath Empire. Now fighting for refund so can go elsewhere but, as expected they are yet to be forthcoming with that either. BEWARE!!
