Bi fold doors?

I get very hot in the kitchen and usually open a side widow. If we have bi fold doors fitted how can you get good air circulation without having one whole panel open?

Sorry I don't have the answer but I was thinking the exact same with regard to our renovations that we are planning. I'll ask my architect next time we talk and let you know what she says!
