How long were you on the market for? We have been on for 9 weeks (not long I know) Have had some viewings but most seem to be time wasters more interested in the pictures on our walls and the contents of our linen cupboard!! Also, AIBU to expect feedback via estate agents?

About 8 weeks I think, must've had 20+ viewings which is nice and means hopefully we're priced right but only one offer ( a bit low and made on day 10 when we were feeling more confident!). Second viewing on sat so fingers crossed we get an offer from that!

YANBU for wanting feedback - we've not had much but to be honest it's not always useful "we don't like the road", "we want a garage" - what can you do with that?! YABU for posting the same thread 3 times though! Wink

We sold in 7 weeks but we dropped the asking price 10k and took an offer 15k below that, as we had a forever-home we didn't want to get away. The estate agents gave us very limited feedback, like you, we had "the third bedroom is too small" (well, yes, it's on the floor plan as 5foot seven wide, how big could that possibly look?) or "it's too far from the station"....
Just smile sweetly, stay positive, declutter, and if you are in a hurry to sell or are sick of thw whole thing, come off the market or drop the price. If not then stick it out for a good offer....
