Our buyer has commissioned a full building survey. It's a purpose-built (built in 1959) ground-floor maisonette.
We're quite a long way into the sale (our buyer put her offer in back in July) so I'm a bit perplexed as to why she's gone for a full building survey now.
Anyway, I guess my question is - what does this kind of survey involve? How invasive is it (i.e. will the surveyor take up carpets etc)
Thank you!
