How to revue soap dispensers?

The ones with the spout, white porcelain that goes in silver holder things.

Have 3 that don't work!!

Is there a way of resurrecting them or a shop that just sells the silver push down top things!

That's rejuvenate!!

When you say they don't work are you sure they aren't just blocked? Mine get blocked with solidifying soap. I just put the end in a bowl of warm water and keep pumping until the water comes through and clears the tube.
