Sales talk very persuasive, and service provided was very good but the after sales services is next to non existent. Reported fault on kitchen unit on 22 June 2013, fitter eventually turned up on 31st July to have a look, have heard nothing since, despite several telephone calls and promises to call back. Once Magnet have the payment they don't care about their customers - cannot recommend this company.
