Worth getting a copy of title register?

Wise mums netters have helped before with similar question so here goes, I am trying to help someone remortgage and they have the option of getting a copy of the title register.
I say it's probably not worth it, just another piece of paper to loose, my dh says they should.

Please can you tell me what you think or whether it is any use.

It should only be about £4. It's interesting to look at. If they already own the house I don't see it as very necessary- it's too late to discover that no. 7 have a right of access over their patio or that there's a covenant saying they can only hang washing out on a Tuesday.

Lawyers want about 20 quid for it too so maybe I will suggest they skip that
