It's for sale for £2.65m too (saw it in the local property mag for sale but could only find the rental link quickly). Not keen on that area. Think security would be a big headache.

Dh once viewed a flat that was entirely ordinary and bland until he got to the bathroom, which was carpeted in deep purple shagpile that extended up the side of the bath, up the walls and across the ceiling.

I was a bit gobsmacked by the picture and the the description on the plans, but after reflection, tbh, I couldn't think of an alternative way of describing it. And, unusually for estate agents, they are being honest. It IS a furry pink cavern.
