Just wanted some opinions. We need to put in two ensuites in the next 2 years.

Not sure what to do about the showers, dh is very keen on using splashwalls in the showers but I think I prefer tiles. Does anyone have any experience / opinions / recomendations?

Tiles. Splashwall looks faddy to me, like it will go out of fashion.

We had fibreglass panels in our old house (in US), looked like tiles but without the grout looked like new 20 years after installation.
Not sure I'd want ones made of MDF and laminate I wonder how durable they would be.

Oh and I had grout lines with a passion after having to bleach and scrub my kitchen and dining room floors.

I hate, not had!

Splashwall isn't as nice as tiles [understatement]
It can look horribly cheap and I've never seen it look nice, just 'oh, ok'.
