Can anyone advise me about painting woodwork, so far I've sanded down the shelving unit, painted on a coat of wood primer, then sanded this back and put on the first coat of satin wood. Some brush strokes can be seen, but overall the coverage is pretty good. So now do I sand it again (more gently?) and then apply a second coat? Or just paint on the second coat now? Thanks very much
