Suggestions of where to move on the London commuter belt

Hi everyone,

My DD is 15 months old and DH and I are thinking of moving out of London to somewhere on the commuter belt. The priorities are getting into London Bridge for work, good primary schools, low crime rates etc. Any ideas of places we could look at?

Thanks

Somewhere on the Sevenoaks, Tonbridge, paddock wood line? Or surrounding villages. Lots of trains, fast to London Bridge but still surrounded by countryside.

How far out are you thinking of? Do you still want to be on the tube, or are you thinking even further out?

We're in South Wimbledon, in Merton, which has a really low crime rate and has excellent primary schools

We are thinking of about an hour to an hour and a half commute into London Bridge

An hour and a half would open up the Tunbridge Wells to Hastings line too. Best way is to drive/ train down and keep going until you get to the level of countryside which suits you! Some of the towns are fairly big, but there are lots of little villages in that distance too. Also depends on your budget.
