What colour tiles to use on wall if slate/grey on floor?

Help needed! It's for a rectangular shaped ensuite with a walk in shower at one end of the room & loo & sink unit at the other end. I'm planning on tiling the floor in a slate grey large porcelain floor tile. I'm after a modern, minimalist look but am completely stuck what to tile the walls in. I'll be tiling the shower end of the room & half way up the opposite wall (with sink & loo on). Please give me some inspiration.

Same tile? Or a paler colour in the same range as the floor.

We're doing exactly this! We've got slate effect rectangular porcelain tiles on the floor, and same sized rock texture cream tiles for then alls. Think they're quick via co at topps tiles if you've got one locally. We're having charcoal grout in the wall tiles.

Our kitchen floor and walls are grey and we have purple tiles (from the tile factory). They're gloss rectangular. Looks amazing! X

Travertine- quite a white one rather than the yellow/creamy ones.
