Does anyone know about property price trends?

Is there any way- apart from Zoopla- to see property price trends from 2007 to now? There are various websites I have tried, but none offer what I am looking for. Thanks in advance.

If you go on Nationwide, you can use the house price calculator to find out what a house worth X in say Quarter 1 of 2007 is now worth, but its only based on regions (North East, North West etc) so its fairly general. GIves you the % increase or decrease in the intervening period.
