Amtico Spacia

I'm considering laying this in our open plan kitchen, other than having to put the felt pads on the table and chairs is there anything else I need to be mindful of? The kitchen leads on to the garden in one direction and playroom in another so will get a lot if traffic. JL assure me this type of flooring will be more than appropriate for the area but would love hear of experiences in kitchens or any pitfalls of this product?
Looking at the wood effect in the wider strips if that makes any difference?
TIA

We have amtico spacia in our bathroom. It seems great so far, but is quite new. The only thing I wasn't aware of is that we were told to put this Amtico Dressing on the top. It's something that protects the floor from getting wet between the tiles, which could damage them - you use a microfibre cloth and wipe in the direction of the grain all over. We were advised to repeat this every six months.

Having said that, the floor looks great and it only takes 10 minutes to wipe the stuff on.

Thanks, I was warned about needing to 'treat' the floor, but as you say this doesn't sound to complicated.
