Anyone selling in Worcester?

We moved away in January and are renting our house out after a sale fell through. The estate agent who had been marketing our property called today to say that the market is 'moving faster' now and to advise us to put it back up for sale. Anyone know what the sales market in Worcester is like right now?

Hi there, i live in Worcester (Battenhall) and I'm an avid property news reader. I think it depends on where your house is, the price and the house type...but i do agree that houses are definately selling round here. Good luck.
