Which neighbourhood should we move to?

DH and I currently live in Sutton, but are hoping to move to a nice neighbourhood within south London. We love places like Balham but it's a bit too pricey and doesn't fit our budget. What are some good areas that are with a 15 min train ride to Victoria / Central London? Good transport links are key as I find it extremely tiring to travel 1 hour each way to work at the moment (to Tottenham Ct. Road). Some green space, affordable gyms and quaint coffee shops would be lovely.

Would love to hear suggestions on where we can get a nice 1 bed apt. for 1100 pcm. If not south London, where else would you suggest?

Having a Morrisons or even Waitrose in the area is a super plus! I love their organic range :)

Sutton is alright, though admittedly no quaint coffee shops. I think it's hard to find any high street in London without the usual chains.
