Londoners! Where to live for access to Wimbledon and Liverpool street?

Ok, we need to be able to commute to both Wimbledon and Liverpool street areas every day. So far everywhere I've looked at is good for one of us but not the other.

Any ideas?

Earls Court but it won't be cheap.

I'd be looking west - Chiswick, Hammersmith, Richmond, Kew

All depends on your budget. There is a direct train (thameslink) to Wimbledon from Herne Hill where we used to live. The other direction is the city, so City Thameslink, Farringdon, Blackfriars would be closest to Liverpool St. HH is not cheap any more either but more affordable than above mentioned areas..

Thanks for suggestions so far.
In terms of budget, we could probably go to 700k if we needed to (although would rather go cheaper!) and we'd need a 2 bed minimum but again would prefer bigger.
I really want as much green space as possible so I'm not sure the farringdon/blackfriars area would be ok, it seems pretty "urban" from what I've seen?

Keep the suggestions coming please!

Sorry my post wasn't quite clear.. I meant that Herne Hill may be a good compromise for you as you can take the thameslink from there. Southbound it goes direct to Wimbledon and northbound are the City stops like Blackfriars, city thameslink and Farringdon.
