Toilet seat woes! Help me find one that doesn't slide!

We have an older toilet (10-15 years old probably) which has a raised bit at the side at the back where the hinge for the seat sits - so it looks like:

We have tried a number of times to find a plain white toilet seat, but they all end up sliding to one side to compensate for the high sides at the back IYSWIM - so you are left bumping down from the riser on the seat as it slides into the bowl which is really scary after a few drinks!

We can't be the only one with this issue, but our local B&Q was spectacularly unhelpful. All the modern seats seem to be designed for the new style of toilets which are all flat.

Can anyone recommend a toilet seat that has higher hinges?

I don't know if it has higher hinges, but Argos sell the Bemis Statite fastening loo seat and after several months we have had no sliding!
It costs about £40 but is well worth the money.
