buying Blinds online

Have never bought made to measure blinds online before (black out rollers) any tips or good websites ? Is this the,best option compared with, say, john lewis ?

Hiya we've used Wilsons blinds for most rooms in our house now and really happy with them. I like blinds to sit inside the recess so get them made to measure - venetians and rollers quite reasonably priced. Just got blackout rollers for both DCs rooms and they're great. Bear in mind that some light peeps out round the edges though; I think that must always be the case unless you tape the edges down! It works well for mine as they're a bit like budgies and might not know it was morning otherwise!

We got some Venetian blinds (I think - I mean horizontal wooden ones!) from 247blinds.com. Very reasonable, great service, and good measuring instructions. Very pleased.

They were recommended to me by a friend and I know lots of people who've used them now.

We used 247 as well (via google!). Pleased with them, price seemed good and my husband managed to fit them without too much bother.

I third 247blinds. I've had Romans and wooden blinds with coloured ladder tapes. Superb quick service and the blinds look more expensive then they were!

We used blinds UK for our wooden blinds. We have a huge window in living room (2.3m) and it cost just over £150.

Fab! Lots of choice! I had a local guy measure and fit our bedroom as its nearly 4m wide so had limited choice of what we could do but definitely buying online for the others !
