DH has got a home based new job so for the first time ever we don't have to be in London, I have seen a gorgeous house in Bournemouth thats valued at the same level of our current house £575 ish
How feasible is it to rent our house at £2300 is what local houses go for and very quickly and easily covers the mortgage of £1500 and get a new mortgage for the Bournemouth house.
Would our bank think we need enough income to pay both mortgages?
Clearly I am clueless but wanted to know if it was even worth floating with DH so all advice welcome
