MOVING TO STONE, DARTFORD - WARD HOMES NEW BUILD SITE - PLEASE HELP!!

Hi I am thinking of moving with my husband to Stone, Dartford. We are currently looking at the Ward Homes new build site. I was wondering if anyone lives around the area and if so, if you are able to provide any information as to the area? Also, I am interested to know more about the local school "Fleetdown Primary School" which has been rated "outstanding" by OFSTED. Also, I am quite interested to know whether I would fall into the catchment areas for the local grammar schools (Dartford Grammar School and Wilmington Grammar).

I think you'll be alright for either grammar, a friend of mine lives in stone and her son goes to Wilmington. Can't help with other questions sorry, I haven't been local for 12 years.

Hi Twinnie13, I was wondering if you did purchase from Ward after all. My husband and I are thinking of buying in the new development opposite Victoria Park also being built by Ward. If so I would be interested to hear about your experience of the whole buying process.
