We have been struggling to find a reasonable home removals quote (we are moving about an hour and a half out of London and need the full packing service). We had decided to go with a local firm because all the others we tried were booked up, but they are pricey (at £1900) and want us to pay the full amount up front, which seems unreasonable. Any ideas of firms who might be better value at such short notice?
