Ordering tiles today and having a wobble

Renovating the bathroom and the floor will be black and white checkerboard and so the walls are going to be part tiled in white. I would generally go for cream over white as less harsh but feel as the floor will be white it would be better to match this. Correct?

If you are going checkerboard for the floor then cream will look v odd on the walls. If you tile the walls in white then you can counter that by painting the rest of the walls a colour, so it isn't too white (if that's what you are worried about!)
