Basically DH and I have been living in our current home for over 2 years and are really happy here but have decided to move back to our home town to be closer to family.
We have been looking online and saw a property that we like which said it would consider part exchange. The property we are looking at is a slightly lower value than ours.
Can anyone explain to me how part exchange works? Neither house is a new build by the way.
