How do I remove sealant from an enamel bath. Not the grouting sort, but a clear sort of gel type thing left on there when the window men fitted the windows.

I usually just do a bodge job with a knife or other scrapey thing.

Get most of it off with a blade and acetone (nail polish remover) to remove the leftover (test in hidden place first, just in case).

Assuming it's silicone sealant, you can remove it like .
