We need cash and have 3 abodes We need 2 abobes to live in Selling one would give a nice lump sum and secure the other propertywith the rest but renting out instead of selling would also achieve the income we need and keep the property (so we would still own 2) The renting it out means some work of course with tenants coming and going Would it keep its value? Should we sell it or rent it out?
