Anyone recognise this style of house?

Does anyone know where there are any houses like this near you?

Or any suggestions for how we could enlarge the bathroom? I'm thinking an extension over the garage might be possible but not sure how realistic that is.

I don't know, but if you drive up and down nearby streets, or look at satellite pics, you will see if any of the other homeowners have been able to do it. I have a feeling your only hope will be to push th back out.

If you look at the local council website you can probably see planning applications by postcode, and see which have been approved or rejected.

I have a feeling that the developers will already have gone for the maximum permitted density.

Extend over garage, you'd be able to put 50 cubic metres on without pp

Does it need to be upstairs? Could you use that odd L-shape in the garage to create a second bathroom? Or take a piece out of Bedroom 1 to extend upastairs?

Can someone make the link clickable please?

PigletJohn - I'm asking because I have trawled the council site already and there are no identical houses that have had any type of extension.

The next door house got permission to put up a massive extension and a few houses have attic conversions so further development would hopefully be possible.
