Help!

Have bought a cherry wood bed from dreams off eBay. Some of components have broken. Unable to get details of name of bed as eBay seller not happy to provide further details.

If anyone has a cherry wood bed from dreams with curved slatted head and foot ends please let me know details and name of bed as we don't want to throw out our new bed!!

If you bought the bed from eBay, your contract is with the eBay seller: it's them - not the manufacturer - who has responsibility to put right any problem. If there is something wrong with it that isn't their fault, they can then take it up with the manufacturer, who will almost certainly refuse to deal direct with you.

So it doesn't really matter if the eBay seller is reluctant to provide further details, because they need to sort out the problem themselves. If they won't, use eBay's complaint process - that seems to work slowly but well.
